2. Desktop sharing - If the problem is not resolved using above then our support personal can request you to share desktop of server or client system. This way our personal can work on your desktop as if he is directly working in your office.

How to install SharedView to let JewelMesh support to see your desktop:
- Click here to Download and Install SharedView
- After installation, run the program and use any hotmail id to Sign in or use following email id:jewelmesh_s@hotmail.com and password:tft12345
- After sign in, click on "Start a new session", from new window again
click on "Start" button
- Send hotmail id to us
- After few minutes, you will prompt with a message, click on "Allow" button
- From "Share", click on "Shared Entire Desktop" then click on "Start" button
- After this JewelMesh support should be able to see your desktop
